On the afternoon of January 18, 2026, the grand 2025 annual meeting and employee recognition ceremony of Changzhou Xinrun Fengdong, themed "Spurring on with Whips and Reaping New Chapters," was solemnly held at the Shunjie Mingdu Grand Hotel.

All employees gathered together to jointly look back on our journey of hard work, recognize outstanding role models, and look forward to a vision for the future.

 

Carrying forward the past and opening up a glorious new chapter.

The event officially kicked off at 4:08 p.m. Following an exciting opening address, General Manager Cai took the stage to deliver a speech. On behalf of the company, he extended heartfelt gratitude to all colleagues for their hard work and dedication over the past year.

Mr. Cai reviewed the company’s key achievements and breakthroughs in 2025, and outlined the strategic direction and development aspirations for the coming year. He emphasized that every bit of progress the company has made stems from the efforts of each and every employee, and encouraged everyone to continue working together with unity and determination in the new year to create even greater success.

 

Looking back at the past, moments of honor.

After the speech, the conference moved on to the exciting awards ceremony. The first award presented was for the Outstanding Employees of the 2025 Quarterly Awards. Amidst enthusiastic applause from everyone, their outstanding performance and ongoing contributions in their respective roles were recognized and celebrated.

 

Employee Recognition

Following that, the year’s most prestigious awards were announced one by one. Amidst grand music and enthusiastic applause, winners of awards such as “Outstanding Newcomer,” “Quality Awareness Award,” “Outstanding Employee,” and “Outstanding Team” took to the stage to receive their well-deserved honors. A special “Decade of Contribution Award” was presented to four colleagues—Huang Ke, Liu Zhihua, Zhang Hai, and Hou Jiannan—in recognition of their decade-long unwavering commitment to the company, weathering both good times and challenges together and growing alongside it. Finally, General Manager Cai Yixin personally presented awards to the 11 recipients of the “Outstanding Manager” honor, celebrating their exceptional leadership and significant contributions in management roles.

After the awards ceremony, the year-end gala and cultural performance kicked off joyfully. Employees from all departments showcased their remarkable talents with a dazzling array of performances. The Marketing Department’s variety show, “News Broadcast,” made a humorous opening; Shi Weifeng’s classic song “The Waves Still Echo” resonated deeply with the audience; the Technical Department’s poetry recitation, “Our Company This Year,” poignantly looked back on our journey of hard work and perseverance; and the skit “Matchmaking,” performed by Yang Hongyan and others, was packed with laughter. Meanwhile, the fresh college graduates’ energetic “Penguin Dance” perfectly captured the vibrancy of youth, bringing the atmosphere of the evening to a thrilling climax. Interspersed throughout were fun games such as “The Magic Circle of Love,” “Blindfolded Feeding,” and “Driving the Ducks onto the Stage,” as well as three rounds of exciting raffles, which kept the audience roaring with laughter and filling the venue with continuous applause and cheers.

The entire event came to a successful close in an atmosphere of warmth, enthusiasm, and joy. This was not only a grand gathering to look back on the past and recognize outstanding individuals, but also a powerful rally that brought everyone together and inspired their spirits. Standing at a new starting point, all our colleagues will take the honored role models as examples, approaching our work with even greater passion and unwavering confidence, and joining hands to write a brand-new chapter of high-quality development for our company.
