In 2005, Changzhou Xinrun Heat Treatment Co., Ltd. was founded as general manager and chief engineer. In 2015, Jiangsu Fengdong Thermal Technology Co., Ltd. was controlled and renamed Changzhou Xinrun Fengdong Heat Treatment Engineering Co., Ltd. as general manager and chief engineer.

Born in 1964. I graduated with a bachelor's degree in Metal Materials and Heat Treatment from Xi'an Jiaotong University in July 1986; I graduated with a Master's degree in Metal Materials and Heat Treatment from Xi'an Jiaotong University in 1989 and obtained a Master's degree in Engineering;
I graduated with a PhD in Metal Materials and Heat Treatment from Xi'an Jiaotong University in 1997 and obtained a PhD in Engineering;
I taught at Jiangsu Institute of Chemical Technology from June 1989 to December 1993;
From May 1992 to December 1993, I was a visiting scholar in China at the School of Materials Science and Technology, Xi'an Jiaotong University;
From January 1998 to July 2002, I taught at Jiangsu Institute of Petrochemical Technology (Jiangsu Institute of Technology);
From July 2002 to August 2003, I worked as a visiting scholar in the Department of Metallurgy and Materials Engineering at the University of Connecticut in the United States; From October 2006 to December 2008, served as a visiting researcher at the Center for Materials Research and Education at Auburn University in the United States; I taught at Changzhou University (Jiangsu Institute of Technology) from January 2009 to December 2024.
